The Hygge House that you see in the video here is just unbelievable. You feel well the moment you enter the house. i would buy it right away 🙂If you happen to be in Copenhagen it's definitely worth a visit.

Je n'ai toujours pas compris pourquoi et comment ces deux architectes, que je respecte en tant que personnes, avaient pu gagner une telle honorabilité ! Que nous disent-ils de l'architecture ? Que les grands ensembles, les tours, les barres... même vils et laids, sont dignes d'être conservés, et améliorés. Oui, ils créent des loggias, améliorent le mal-être, mais ne le combattent pas ; c'est ce que je leur reproche. Parfois il vaut mieux interrompre sa profession d'architecte, que de collaborer à des politiques urbaines néfastes. Ce prix est celui de la collaboration.

El pensum de la UNILA contempla ampliamente las arquitecturas vernáculas, latino-americanas y originarias. Les invito a conocer esta universidad federal brasileña donde anualmente abren vacantes para estudiantes internacionales y de forma gratuita. Yo actualmente estudio arquitectura y Urbanismo en esta universidad y ha superado mis expectativas en todos los sentidos.

1. Amaravathi capital area is located below the krishna river water level. If more water comes from nagarjuna sagar dam or rain and river bed breaks it will flood the area 2. The Amaravathi capital area sand is not suitable for high rise buildings . Even for small building 30 feet foundation with cement has to be done like present temperory secratriat construction . The cost is high for buildings 3. The Amaravathi capital area farmers are more kamma caste ( oc agriculture caste of chandrababu naidu) who are supporters of Telugu desam party. Out of 33000 acres by 23000 farmers, there are about 4000 kamma farmers given 18000 acres to land pooling. The farmers gave land for landpooling not for landacquisition means for each acre they get 1/4 developed land back ( with road, power etc by govt money) and will get annuity of 50000 per acre per year for 10 years and no capital gain tax in case they sell land. The 1 lakh farm laborers lost their farm jobs and left for job search and these laborers are getting paid 2500 per month for 10 years. 4. Before annoucement TDP party men purchased land in the benami names of white ration card holders ( BPL) . All these BPL owners are going to be jailed per modi's benami act . 5. Some of the TDP leaders and party men purchased land of sc/st land from sc/st for cheap price and they issued a GO allowing the sc/st land for land pooling ( sc/st land is not for sale not allowed per supreme court) 6. Till now andhra pradesh govt not given capital notification GO or gazetter notification because per state reorganization act of ap hyderabad is common capital for 10 years. Till 2024 all capitals of ap are temperory ( legally) and all govt documents go has capital as hyderabad and temperory capital address as amaravathi interim complex. 7. Per landpool agreement chandrababu naidu has to give developed land to farmers by 2016 which he is not able to do due to finance issues . 8. Ap govt is using the coin of 3 capitals just to avoid the legal issues will be filed by capital change by the chandrababu naidu.

While I think the goal and intent behind the project is admirable, but would I actually want or choose to live in the houses they showed? No. They lack a few things that are critical for the human experience, or at least for my human experience. Though I suspect many may feel similarly. These houses lack beauty, character, and feel quite sterile. It was as if they were a science project or architectural project, then it was a people-oriented effort to make a place that people want to be, where they feel relaxed and comfortable. Its not something that is easy to explain, but these feel like houses produced by data, and numbers, and science than by a person.

Ukraine deserves architecture, decide their prosperity in democracy. Ukraine like any other country in Europe has the right to add and serve architecture to their people. quitarle el credirto a los arquitectos modeladores, dibujantes que son pieza clave y fundamental para que la arquitectura que se construye se realice es una estrategia de engaño para que el joven desvalorice su actividad productiva, y esta se reduzca a nivel narrativo para que el dueño se quede con todo el credito, de la mano con la mano de obra, dividen al obrero de campo, del de gabinete, mencionando que el de gabinete es un juego, cosa que para nada es asi, es demasiado tediosos estar frente al ordenador para sacar la idea de la mente y pasarlo al plano fisico impreso en una hoja se vuelve tangible la idea....visible y por spuesto construible.......dejemos de desvalorizar en esta era digital con el proposito de el plusvalor a costa de salarios bajos infrahumanos.

I really like what you have done in terms of environmentally sensitive and sustainable building. I would be interested to go further though and understand how, if one is building a community project, and I do appreciate that this is not necessarily a final layout - you noted that too - you envisage things like privacy, individual expression, and conflict resolution be handled in an environment like this. And there are more questions that I have such as maximum potential population density, etc. It's a great idea, and I like it very much, however, it does trigger a host of questions that I think need to be answered as well. The good thing is that the ideas that you are sharing here are attractive, thought-provoking, and frankly, disruptive, which is great. Thanks for sharing,
